In protocol DBT/RO programming, skills coaching is available for all enrolled in class during times of extreme dysregulation or for guidance on skills application in 5-7 minute calls, or texting.
IF YOU NEED MORE REGULAR SUPPORT THROUGH THE WEEK,
then for those, in conjunction with regularly scheduled therapy sessions, you may opt to schedule regular coaching sessions if you are:

currently enrolled in DBT skills classes, OR
-
enrolled in Stage III-IV cloup (yes, that's a real word!) OR
-
if you have graduated from Stage I classes and would like continued support
IF YOU ARE A PARENT/FAMILY MEMBER OF A PATIENT,
You can utilize these sessions for methods to be skillful in responding to loved ones effectively.

Skills training: learn DBT skills directly, such as mindfulness and emotion regulation, which you can apply to your own life and to interactions with others.

Improved communication: learn how to communicate more effectively, understand your loved one's emotional world, and respond to intense emotions in a balanced way.

stress management: learn techniques to manage your own stress and emotions, which is essential for modeling healthy behavior and creating a stable home environment.

Behavioral understanding: understand the function and reasons behind loved one's behaviors, enabling you to intervene more effectively.

Validation: learn how to create a validating home environment, which is crucial for long-term behavior change.
VIRTUAL SKILLS COACHING PACKAGES AVAILABLE IN A
30-MINUTE FORMAT AND
IN PACKAGES OF 2, 4 OR 8 SESSIONS PER MONTH.
IN-PERSON MEETINGS MAY BE POSSIBLE IF REQUESTED.
